Glacier Sleeping (or so I thought)

I laid Glacier down for bed tonight a little later than normal so I thought he would be really tired and fall right asleep. Wrong!!!! Since he came back from my parent's house he has been trying to pull himself up on everything. When I went into his room to check on him, this is what I found!

Weekend in Meadow

The boys went to my parents house this past weekend. I thought that it would be a nice weekend for Marc and I without any kids, but we both ended up having to work Saturday. Oh well it was still nice not having to chase them around my work while I tried to get things done. I missed them a lot while they were gone to, but they had a blast at Gram and Pa's with Aunt Shay there to play with them. They even went up in the mountains for the deer hunt. When I talked to Rider on Saturday night he told me that he had fun burning marshmallows (he was supposed to be roasting them). I am so thankful that I have parents and brothers and a sister like I do because without them I don't know how we would survive! We love you all and thanks again for taking the boys! (I forgot that the battery in the camera was dead when I packed it so we only got one picture of the whole weekend.) :(

Pictures at Wheeler Farm

We had these pictures taken in August, and since I just started my blog I thought that I would share some of them with everyone. Neither of the boys was very cooperative. Rider is at the age that when he sees a camera he tries to hide instead of smiling for the picture, and Glacier was so tired that we didn't get many smiles out of him either. I think we got some great pictures despite the lack of cooperation!

Rider's 3rd Birthday

Rider had his 3rd birthday on September 26th. He had to have a Star Wars cake so I went to 3 different stores before I finally ended up finding one at Harmons. Thanks Harmons because I really didn't want to see what the cake I was thinking about making would have looked like. I am no Betty Crocker. Rider had such a good time at his party. His family and friends were there. He got way to many presents. Our house isn't big enought for all of the toys in it. Marc is threatening to have a yard sale just to get rid of all they toys and of course the piano in the living room that he hates!
